It is
the practices involved in protecting food from risk of contamination, harmful
bacteria, poisons and foreign bodies, preventing any bacteria from multiplying
to an extent which would result in an illness of consumers and destroying any
harmful bacteria in the food by thorough cooking or processing. As we are multiplying
faster we didn’t realize that the food we eat become a hazard to our health. Food that don’t have proper cover and expose outside may cause harm to those who buy the foods. It is strictly prohibited that it must have a seal
