          The History of Empanadas. The empanadas we enjoy today are thought to have originated in Galicia, Spain. The idea of wrapping a hardy filling in pastry dough may well have stemmed from the Moors who occupied Spain for hundreds of years. A cookbook published in Catalan, Spain in 1520 includes empanadas made with seafood.
As we Filipino's are vey  like with  sweet and sour flavor we come up  like ginaling sweet and sour, tuna, chicken flavor and those flavors in fruits  like strawberries ,grapes ,orange and others. The curiosity lead us to find a new recipe that other country does not have that empanada recipe.
         As I have interview with Mrs. Rose with her home business empanada customers contact her through mobile cellphone and others are walk through buyers.
Most of the time she uses cellphone regularly because their are customers order empanada and partries  not at the exact date and time they order. She do her business on hand and no internet connection and most of the buyers is her resellers only. Mrs. Rose only using basic and do not have website and propaganda in the internet. According to her if she has given a free wifi its a good idea and can boost her sales through internet.
